You are encouraged to test the software fully during this time to ensure it meets your needs before purchasing.
Refunds are not automatic but may be approved in the following situations:
Non-delivery: You did not receive the download link or license email (after checking spam/junk folders).
Proof of purchase is required.
Critical defects: The software is unusable due to a verified technical fault that our team cannot resolve.
Server-side download errors: A confirmed issue on our end prevented delivery (not local hardware or browser problems).
The purchased software materially differs from the advertised description or core functionality.
Supporting evidence will be required.
Refunds will not be granted for:
Expired free trials.
Failure to meet published system requirements.
Incompatibility with unsupported third-party software or environments.
Change of mind, lack of technical experience, or incorrect installation.
Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase.
Customers within the EU or UK retain a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer law.
By starting a download or activating the software during the 7-day free trial, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that this may waive the standard 14-day withdrawal right.
